    How long (in minutes) should we
    spend on stretching routine as jp90?
    and

    JP90, what do you think about the stretch between eggs? or the btc= between the cheeks?
    is effective?

    I have been doing kegels for some time now, and just started this routine a few days ago.
    Yesterday I did the LOT you mentioned and I have tug in all directions, it is a little less at 6 oclock, but very definite ..... is that good or bad, what do I need to adjust?

    From my understanding your then trying to lessen that tug in each of those directions.
    the tug when you kegel is the ligaments you need to stretch in order to lengthen your cock. By stretching out the ligs it allows your cock to hang / extend bigger during an erection.
    a more experienced user can feel free to correct me if I'm off target here.

I previously quite liked the strong(er) pressure during jelqs but with me not gaining I wonder if it was too hard? I quite often get pin prick sized red dots during a stronger session but they do fade over say 12 hours and certainly gone by the next mornings session. I also get a little edema (fluid build up) in the end of my foreskin if I do a stronger session but again this fades over the next 6 hours or so.
    After a session I guess it remains 'plump' for a little while but then fades quite quickly after that and back to normal size, it certainly doesn't stay plump all day for example.
    I try to abstain from ejaculating as much as possible, in the past say 3 weeks I've only allwed myself to cum twice which was during my 2 rest days.
    Suplements, I only take a multi vitamin once a day.

    Any advice, guideance or pointers from senior members would be apreciated.

    The last 2 mornings i've been using maybe almost half as much strength in my hand grip while jelqing and i think its ok, had slight morning wood this morning which was nice. I certainly don't get the fluid build up in the foreskin and don't get blood spots with this strenght of grip now so i'll see how this goes over the next week and see if there is an improvement.

    Hi JP!

    I have begun your routine on a 2 on 1 off basis but made one simple change and was wondering if I could get your take.

    I've simply added 10 minute bathmate as my warmup then after teh stretches am at 10 minute jelging as after this it seems I become fatigued and lose my erection.

    Do you think this is still eough workloud to see some substantiual gains?

    No sir I am not I jelq around 60-80% (85 TOPS). Do you think my routine would be sufficient?

    Thank you for looking out as well! Also, what routine did you / are you currently utilising to get your gains displayed in your signature?
    I use JP90, that is modified per my PI's. and also edging/ballooning. Usually towards the end of my jelq session my erection level does go down a bit. But it doesn't bother me because you can jelq at a 50% erection level and still get gains out of it.
