Yes from what I understand; 270 strokes for V jelqs and 300 strokes for OK jelqs.
I don't do V jelqs, and I only do 50 OK dry jelq strokes each workout.

Hey JP, thanks for this great post. Anyways, my question is do the 90 days take into account the rest days? Say for example if i follow a 2 on 1 off routine? Making that 3 days.
Or just the actual workout days?

Hey guys I'm a newb and have a couple of questions. Is it possible to have no LOT? Mine seems to be the least at 6 but there is still a small amount. Also, I just ordered a hydromax and was curious how I could work it in with the program? Thanks in advance!

I have a few questions: I'm not circumcised will this exercises really do something for me?
I been doing your 90 day routine for about 2 months it seams like I gained bout a 1/4 inch length but I'm not sure I measured my self before I actually started shaving u think that makes it seame like I gained length?
I been doing the routine with out the "v jelqs" does that make a difference?
My wife says it feels bigger girth wise but idk if she just saying it to make me stop

I have been doing the JP 90 for almost two weeks now, i know its not long but i dont want to be wasting any time and want to max any gains i get. I did the JP90 for the first three days and had this just tired feeling in my member for most of the day, but i noticed that on the fourth day of PE and all after i havent been getting that same tired feeling. on a scale of 1(low)-10(high) the first few days were and 8 or 9 but now its mabey a 2 or 3 i still have morning wood and havent had any negative indicators. should i intensify my routine? and if so i am looking for more length than anything so what should i add? any help will be much apreciated and thank you so much

You describe every position with good words, but I'm not sure I'm understanding very well all of them.
Would you make some fast but easy to understand pictures ? I mean using paint or whatever, not photography

This method has to be done 1 time per day, 5 days per week with 2 days off, right ? Morning of afternoon would be the same ?
What kind of results (lower bracket, so I won't expect too much) should I see in 90 days ?
I bought a penis extender ( http://thumbs.ebaystatic.com/pict/15...67084040_1.jpg ), not received it yet, but could I use it and your technique together, one on the morning, one on the afternoon ?
And last, your technique is about 90 days, what after this ? Excercises become useless ? Or Excercices are still good but I can try other stuff that may work better ?

fuck i stopped doing the exercise for a few months I'm going to start doing them again, it was actually working too i was lasting longer, IM BACK LETS GOOOOOO
