    With all things we do here, start light, assess the results, add intensity slowly, watch for negative signs, reduce or increase depending on PI's, take a break if you work it to hard. If you work up easy to every workout your chances of injury are far less. For beginners Less is more. The best thing you can do is learn what your unit can take, and never go beyond its limits.

    That makes sense..this is the first time i've actually started a serious routine. I'm excited making some gains just wanna do it right

    About measuring; WHen it comes to girth should I base my measurement on the widest part(head) or the middle/base of the shaft, or an average of the three?

    I think you should measure them all for you can know how he excercise is affecting all areas of the penis. Example you jelq and only your head girth and midshaft girth is increasing ,it would mean that when you are jelqing you are not gripping the base deep enough. Purpose of the helicopter shakes is to restore blood flow to the penis.

    JP, I'm sorry for this question. But you post on how to find your LOT but also say that it is obsolete now. So what you're saying is, it does not matter which direction you jelq, regardless of what your LOT is? I'm a bit confused on that. Which direction should we jelq?

    Also, 5 days in a row is not too much? I feel like it might be. Then again I'm obviously a noob.

    LOT theory is now considered obsolete. He left it in the program, well, to leave it in the routine. You have the choice to take it or leave it. Jelq in whatever direction you wish, but starting out as a noob I would only jelq in the directions that the routine says. If 5 days on 2 days off is too much, switch to a 3 day on 1 day off, or a 2 day on 1 day off routine. Base everything you do off of your PI's.

    Why is LOT Theory obsolete? It seems to me like there is still much benefit to be had from working against the tug when you combine with reverse kegeling.
