    @ Beastie, 1. Start with the kegels in the routine. If you've never kegeled before, this will constitute enough work for improvement. Add only as you adapt. 2. Bring it down from 90. That's too much pressure for the jelq.

    @Hubertus, Yes. For the same reasons it worked before. Back to basics.

    Is that ok if for now i will make 50 Ok jelqs and then not making the V jelq, i will make 30 Ok jelqs? (i mean switch V jelqs to Ok jelq? )

    I have a problem wit v-jelq. Is it ok if I just go up n not to the sides?
    And also sometimes when I finish my exercises it looks like I get a blister right under my head is that bad? In bout an hr or so it's gone but I'm just curios
