I've been doing JP90 and doing edging with kegals at the end for about 20 minutes. Two questions: 1) should i cum at the end of edging or is this counter productive, in terms of both stamina and size gains? And 2) what is a good way to incorporate reverse kegals into this? I would really like to achieve long stamina and high eq. thanks in advance.

Now being 18, Should I even bother with any of this PE stuff? or should I wait until my body has finished growing naturally? basically what I'm asking is; if I start with PE would it harm me from actually growing if I was to still grow? I'm 5 inches when I'm erect, I want to be bigger!

Start PE and use your bodies growth period to aid in gains. Start light and work up into every type of exercise.

So after 90 days which work outs should I do. I did 4 days in a row starting of but was afraid I might hurt something on the fifth so I just took it easy it's only my first week and my shit looks veiny as hell

Ask us again in 11 weeks. It's always better to be cautious than to be injured! Veins are okay, and are common. Don't Jelq with an Erection Level over 80%, just to be safe Jelq around 70-75%.

A week ago i did the exercises and everything it said for the first time. When i was done my dick was way smaller when it was flaccid, like it turtled up but the veins were still popped out (and already have a lot of veins on my dick to begin with). The next morning i had weaker morning wood and overall erections for about a day and a half. Im good now. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO??
