    I have a number of issues with JP90. Congrats to those who've gained with it, I can't speak from experience to say that my way is better since I've only been at this for about two months now, but I just see a lot of things that come across as counterproductive within this routine.

    For starters, kegeling while you stretch will cause sudden tugs on the penis, rather than a slow and continuous stretch.

    There is no pelvic balance routine advised here.

    The kegels are done with extremely high repetitions, when the PC muscles are skeletal and therefore strengthen better with a low repetition, progressive resistance modality.

    The jelqs are done in multiple sets, why? There's another sticky on this very forum saying not to do exactly that! I think PEGym should be offering a more consistent message.

    This just strikes me as a pretty random and somewhat overly-complicated routine that in many ways goes against lessons I have seen the PE vets (including JonPop) trying to teach.

    So then you'd think his advocacy of slow stretches elsewhere would be applied to his recommended beginner routine here.

    I've seen a good deal of "JP90 failed me" posters, and I think there's a reason why.

    Also, just so you know, countering someone's points by doubting their experience is an ad hominem fallacy.

    Are you serious? Did you see all the gains the lads got from it?
    It's probably not perfect but it has proven its efficiency, so that it is kind of weird to come and say it is over complicated and random.

    I started JP90 on January length was 5.75 now 6.5 girth was 4.75 now 5.25. Wat exercise's should I do next or should I stick wit this for a bit longer since they working real good for me?

    The results look pretty mixed to me. Tell me, why we should high-rep kegel while stretching, neglect pelvic balance, and do our jelqing in sets?

    It just seems like an illogical routine, why not follow a routine that applies the rules of PE and pelvic floor training advocated by experts like imac, Pegasus, rbi99, and yes, even JonPop himself?

    I don't see anywhere in this routine where it says to stretch fast, or even slow; but who would stretch their ding dong fast, especially as a beginner? I always stretch slow; it gives more of a great stretch. Shock/fast stretching IMO isn't a good thing.

    There's also a very good deal of posters that don't really understand JP90, either. Some people grasp it, some people don't. Besides, there's a hell of a lot more to getting gains than just doing JP90, sure it's a great beginner/conditioning routine, but IMO if someone wants to actually gain from it, especially a hard gainer, then it seems they should up their knowledge base up on PE somewhat; PI's and technique being a part of it.

    By saying "JonPop has more experience than you" as a counter to my points, you are committing both the ad hominem and appeal to authority fallacies. Counter my points, not my person.

    Kegeling as you stretch will either tug your penis into a quick stretch, or limit your stretch as you try to avoid allowing the tug.

    It's not a perfect routine, so why not improve it?

    Doing a kegel duing a stretch hold helps loosen the ligs, hence, the tug back. The more loose your ligs are, the less tug back you'll have.
