I'm still confused on the big circles part. Do you mean, pull from the gland, and go to the left and just do circles with your wrist?

I hold just behind the gland. I stretch my penis right up and after that i move it in a big cirkle while still holding the stretch. Just like a Watch. That it is how i think, it is supposed to be done. if you only do it with your wrist, you will not be able to hold the stretch all around the circle.

Good afternoon. I had a question about kegeling. When you squeeze up. should you level your pelvic floor muscle so that the contraction starts behind your testicles and gose towards your anus, without contracting your anus. Also, is it okay to contract and strech toward your penis and toward your anus. Sometimes I get a tingeling sensation when I play around with my kegels but I canīt seem to pinpoint which stretch does it.

Long time lurker. Decided to give these exercises a try. Question: should I take the supplements listed here or the 5 g's? Or should I take these for the first 90 days and start the 5gs after?

Also one more question. When doing reverse kegels is it better to do them after the routine? Or during the day?

Hi,
Out of interest for those of you who don't live alone and don't get a lot of time to yourself in the house... how do you manage to find the time to follow the routine?
I've tried several times before, but because I live at home still and I am hardly ever alone in the house due to work patterns, it's pretty difficult to actually manage it since if I go to the bathroom for 30-40 minutes it's pretty obvious i'm up to something
