JP90 routine says to warm down with a warm washcloth and the beginner routine in the PE Gym Book about Penis Exercising says to use a cool down approach with a cool wash cloth. Does anyone know which is better or right? I played college football and after practice when muscles, ligs or anything else was sore from a workout we would use a cool down approach with ice to speed up the recovery process and reduce pain, etc.. Definitely not going to use ice, but which s better warm or cold?

Quick question here. I wanted to know if getting stretch marks on my foreskin is a sign of growth or am I doing something wrong? I've also been real itchy especially around the foreskin area. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi guys, I discovered this site yesterday, although i had heard about PE a while ago. I was always skeptic and somewhat lazy, but i am really determined to follow though until i reach my goal, the magic 8x6
Anyways, i had my first session today, based from the book that the sister site refers to. You know, warmup (in the shower) for 10, stretching in all directions for 30secs each, and 250 jelqs. with a cooldown. all discreetly in the shower.
So afterwards i read about this JPs90 days routine and got more curious.
I believe my member is pretty conditioned, i was jacking off pretty much daily for a while, plus i almost always get erections out of the blue. So i figured id give this routine a try.
My question is, how often do you take days off? Is its 90 back to back days of PE, or is it 90 days of Workoutdays, and including the breaks it adds up to more, or is it 90days including the breaks?
How often do you rest?
according to the book, he was suggesting to rest for 2 and work for 1 (week1) then rest for 1 work for one (week2-4) then rest for 1 work for 2 (week5)
I believe this system functions differently..
If i could be clarified as to how many days it is recommended to work out until a rest day is up, i would have a jumping off point.
I tend to overdo things, and i certainly DO NOT want to overwork my crank lol

@ jay thanks for replying to my question. I was thinking of switching from baby oil to bio oil. Only because it has vitamin e to help with the stretch marks. What do u think?

I shave with Johnson's Baby oil WITH Vitamin E (Green cap) in the shower. I swear by it. I apply it to my genitals as well every shower. Vitamin E is the best thing for quick healing of the skin. I had a scar on my chin from younger days. It has almost completely disappeared over the years. Don't know if it will completely make your stretch marks go away. It should greatly diminish them.
It does keep it looking nice and youthful, however.Start: 9/2012 6.5x4.5

About v-jelqs, is it the same as regular jelqs when it comes to 1 rep?
That is 2 v-jelqs with one hand counts as one rep?
Im on my third day now and i count each hand to 100 when doing jelqs so i dont lose counts when doing it. Thats why 30 v-jelqs feels a little low.

Hi, just asking again. I've been doing this from September 2012 and been off from it about 3 weeks now. It seems now I cant do this at all for 2 months, because I live with my parents in the summer. Do you think I lose all my gains/progress if I stop this for 2 months? Do I have to start it all from the beginning after that?
Or should I try to arrange that I can do PE atleast couple times per week? Wondering this stresses me little bit.

I am new here. Been doing PE for about 5 weeks. Started with the beginners routine listed in the PE book and then switched to the JP90 about a week ago. Anyone know which is better after a good PE session, a warm down or a cool down?
5/1/13. BPEL - 6.75" and BPEG was 5.25"
6/9/13. BPEL -7" and BPEG -5.25"
