    Is all of the paragraph about Tug obselete? Even where it says in blue always go against the TUG?

    I think that it's more that people have just gotten away from BIB's theory of LOT.
    Many practitioners of PE used this theory and saw very good gains.
    Just because something was written many years ago, doesn't mean that the penis has evolved past
    what was once a good routine. Make your own decisions on this. (jP

    I've been doing jp90 for almost two months now and I didn't get a chance to take measurements because of a surgery and because I was going to measure on day 60.I got surgery done in my groin area and can't do any kind of work and can barely walk. My question is will I loose any gains if any? and do I have to restart jp90? I'm expecting to be out of commission for at least 3 weeks. By the way this is the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life.

    For the V-jelqs, I understand you go Up Up Right Up Up Left...and so forth.

    But what counts as a rep? 30 reps is what is told, but what counts as one is not.

    Should it be Up Up Right (1) Up up Left (2) Up Up Right (3)...etc?


    Or by that time have I already done 9 jelqs?

    im actually struggling with normal jelqs a little bit I seem to be grabbing skin (excessballsac skin maybe) at the base of the penis when I try n slide my hand up, so what I do when im at the top of the glans with one hand the other hand slides down the shaft to extend the penis then goes up, is this ok.... maybe im just a little small v jelqs are fine I like them

    Sorry to hear you are in pain from your recent surgery. But i would say it's very unlikely you'll lose any gains over these next 3 to 4 weeks. Afterall PE trainer Big Al always recommends his clients take a week off from PE every month and they don't lose gains. So if they don't lose gains after a week off are you really likely to lose any gains with two to three extra weeks off? I doubt it.

    Because Jon Pop describes one v-jelq rep as going in three different directions that would mean that his 30 reps would be 90 one handed reps.

    Remember if that seems an excessive number of reps do as many reps as you feel gives you a good workout. I'm sure JP wants all beginners who do his workout to enjoy themselves while doing it. So always do the number of reps you are happiest with.

    Don't worry Tmac your jelqing technique seems fine to me. And lots of guys struggle with v-jelqing but you seem to already mastered how to do it.

    Thanks! I was hoping that wasn't the case because v jelqs are annoying for me lol. I fall to completely flaccid in like 4 v jelqs. Makes the whole exercise take like 1.5hours. I work my body out less than that on lift days!


    Been at it for 6 weeks, what's another 6 more >_<...

    one more thing, is it normal for the first week eq to suffer coz of the stress on the little guy? because i did the routine in the morning yesterday then saw my gf last night and she gave me a bj and i couldnt keep it 100% hard?
