    I have been doing the JP90 religiously for 5 weeks, and so far so good (no negative PIs, more morning wood, increased horniness, etc.). I also think my flaccid and erect girth has increased a little bit, but I have not measured.

    I was reading around the forums on the theory side, and I measured my BPFSL and found it to be less than an inch shorter than my BPEL! From my readings on these boards, it sounds like I am tunica limited and will be a much harder gainer than the average PEer. Did any of the vets here start out with such a size difference?

    I saw that JP advocated sticking to his routine for the full program to another user like myself in the PE Theory thread, and I plan on doing that (and engaging in PE for the long haul if that is what it takes). But am I correct in that people like me are usual hard gainers?

    Ive stared jelqing on and off last year. I remember being 4.25 and i didnt measure recently till last night and im now 5 3\4. I never have done advanced workouts just basic jelqs when i had the chance.

    Hello I am new to PE and I have done 7 days of JP's 90 Day Routine.
    I was wondering if I should incorporate the Bathmate into my routine for a better workout and if so how would I go about doing that?

    You could but it will be better if you wait until at least the first month is under your belt in order to get your unit conditioned.

    Welcome! Get some more time under your belt before you do an advanced exercise such as pumping. When you maximize your gains from the JP program, then move up to advanced methods. Good luck!

    Time to start this again. I've tried before and fell off the wagon afetr abut 2 weeks and that was months ago but I am going to restart this now tomorrow. Time to get motivated.

    Also, I am sure there was a video on here about how to jelq properly. Might sound a bit gay but who cares, it heped my technique bfore. Anyone know where I can find it
