I currently do the JP90 routine in the shower. I've been taking it slow so I haven't built up to 150 jelqs, 90 v-jelqs yet. If I count a rep as a stroke with one hand, 200 jelq reps and 120 v-jelq reps, so if a jelq is 2 reps and a v-jelq 3, then 100 jelqs and 40 v-jelqs.
My concern is time. Warm-up, routine and warm-down keeps me in the shower for 45+ min. And clearly I'm not even doing the full routine, only about 2/3 of it. How long does it usually take for you guys to do the JP90?

How long should one full helicopter stretch take me? I've been completing the full circle stretch in 2 seconds, is that too quick?

In post one JP says with an high LOT you would mostly stretch straight out and downwards.
Saying that like most people i don't personally believe in the LOT theory because lots of men with low LOTS have made excellent gains.
Lots of guys may do the circle stretch as quick as you but i do think 2 seconds is a wee bit too quick.
A good way i've found to slow down the circle stretch is to begin the circle stretch at the bottom and when you've completed one full circle stretch then you do a circle stretch in the opposite direction. Changing directions after each rep totally eliminates windmill like fast circle stretches which in turn gives a slower better quality circle stretch.

Hi Schlittle and thanks for another good tip. I like the idea of reversing direction and will start doing that tomorrow morning when I hit the Gym! I do these circles verrrrry slowly trying to maintain the tug throughout the whole circle. I agree that if these are done too fast they are probably not doing much.

Can you get same if not better results from splitting the routine up , I just don't have the time or privacy to Hang out in the bathroom for a solid routine , was thinking do the jelq in morning half hour and at bed time stretch , this way can get a more solid stretch and jelq going what do u guys think ?

Congrats,how much did you gain?
I have some question.
1. Is it a problem that instead of wet jelq i do dry jelq(for this routine).
2. Is it bad that i don't count the reps of the jelqs?I'm just looking at the clock, my training is about and hour(plus warming up and down).
3. Is it bad if when i progress i do a longer trainings, about an hour and a half or two hours trainings?And if i do 2 hours training is it possible my penis to decrease his temparture, to get cold, to loose the heat from the warming up because of the long training,u know what i mean?

Can you share your success? i just signed up today, but am skeptical. Op says more than 2 inches in length growth just from excerse pe techniques? That is hard to imagine when most studies suggest to expect no more than 1/2 length in growth. Im willing to put in the work, but i just want to know that this is going to work. Personally im hoping for a half inch to inch gain
