    Hey Taylor,

    Congrats on your gains, How are your PIs?

    I think that hanging in addition to the already intense routine may be a bit too much, especially that you're still not over the 90 days and are doing it 5 on 2 off (not the hanging I know).

    While gains mean you are doing it right, I suggest you read all the PI signs as a whole and figure out whether you need to postpone hanging till later or you are doing fine already and need no modifications.

    For some men, less is more, if it is so for you, then you may gain faster/more (gains take time, I'm not advocating rushing things up) if you don't hang for now.

    I get a tug back from every position. The reason I believe I should hang is my flaccid hang is straight out not down at all. any thoughts?

    I just finished my 90 day routine. I'm not sure as to the next step. Seen some descent results, but I feel like there could be more. I looked at different exercises and watched videos. I just am not sure what direction I should take. What to focus on? Should I still do the hole warm up prior to every session? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hello Hustles, welcome to the Gym!

    If you are still gaining, then I see no reason for you to change anything, slow and steady wins the race!

    And its better to warm up IMHO, minimizes injury risks, and increases the odds for gains, and I know that everybody is different, but for some, they are necessary.

    Brand new to this! Really excited to see where I can take my penis. I would say I'm average size. Not sure on measurements yet (I would say about 6" non-bone pressed, maybe a little more on a really good day, but I don't wanna get ahead of myself). Don't have a ruler or tape (stupid), but I will do my first (actual) session tonight, starting with this 90-day program. I've been doing stretches an jelqs in the shower, but haven't really gotten into it until right now. I will post my measurements when I get them. I have a drum stick that I can measure my BPEL with and mark it, so that'll do for now. I'll get tape and ruler next time I have money. I'll have a bunch of questions so far, so expect to see quite a bit of me for the next few days!

    Please READ THIS FIRST! And make sure to focus on safety, there are very important information there for you.

    You don't need a tape measure to know your girth, you can wrap a string or a strap of paper around your penis, mark it, then measure it against a ruler.

    Just for clarity do I do the routine once a day? Or full exercise morning then just stretching in the evening? First session this morning took me 45mins is this long enought?

    Supplements im taking are
    morning L-Arginine 500mg
    Ginkogo bilo BA 30mg (apprently gives good mindset & circulation)
    evening
    multi vit + iron
    Zinc

    I started off for a month basic streching, then 15 dsys of extending, reading the JP90 msde me realise ive started off too soon with the extender.

    You may do it all at once or split it according to your schedule/preference, but don't redo any part of it, its intense enough already.

    Ok perfect, I wasn't too sure. I read something about amino acid L-Lysine should I take this & at what strengths?
    Also with the V-Jelq do you just pull stright out? I use my fingers as per the instruction then cup my pennis with the palm on top of the shaft as I pull forward. Does that sound right? I find this gets better blood movement than the standard jelq

    I think that if you eat a healthy and balanced diet you will not need to supplement, amino acids are what makes protein in food, so eat well.
