Hi ...I have been doing the begginers routine for a week now today is my rest day .I didnt feel like my penis has had a work out so next week I am thinking of upping up the time for both jelqing and stretching.is this a bad idea or not any help would be much appreciated thanks

What should I do on a rest day? Should I just not touch it? I'm gonna do the 2 on 1 off routine, but I don't know if I should still condition it by stretching or maybe helicopter shakes. I'm thinking sex or masturbation on a rest day is nothing bad, but I feel as if I still need to do something with it on a rest day (very light of course). I used to run track and cross-country in high school and college, and even on our rest days we did very light work (1 mile run or strides and stretching). Would the same apply here? What do you guys do?

On rest days, you may do anything you want that doesn't involve PE exercises of any kind, that should include masturbation as well, but don't turn down sex if you get the chance and EQ!

Sorry, not new to pumping. Just new to your site. Have been researching the same types of routines for about 19 yrs. i have well over 1 1/2 " gain all around. yes rest and masterbation is a big part of any sizable gain. I'm having trouble posting photos due to me using a google chrome book for my computer. Any thoughts?

How do you keep the head from twisting around when doing v-jelqs? As I pull towards the head, it twists, so I'm probably not applying pressure purely to the sides of the shaft...

I have the exact same issue. I had been V jelqs wrong every time I started the JP 90, doing them sideways. Recently I read the correct way but its too awkward/difficult trying to do them with my hands with my fingers going up, palms facing my stomach. I caved and pointed my fingers down. Kinda sucks to already feel like I'm on the wrong track already. I'm considering just doing all "Ok" grip jelqs.

I think your dick has a curve. Mine curves to the left, and twists a little to the same side as well. So when I get a really good boner, it points slightly up and to the left, and twists to the left a bit as well. So counterclockwise from someone's view while looking at it from the front. Any way to correct this?
