    Im sure this has been asked before. But any answers will be appreciated!

    Is 1 set of the stretches optimal? or should i add another set or 2??

    After I have done my beginners session it never feels like my unit has had a work out .is this a sighn that I should up the reps or intensity of the excercises .does anyone else have the same feeling or experience that can shed some light on the situation please.thanks in advance fellow pe'ers

    Welcome to the PE Gym, Mr pull it hard.
    This routine is designed as a conditioning phase and an introduction of the correct ways to do the exercises. Do the routine as written in the time frame you choose.
    If you follow these instructions, you will see an improvement in Erection Quality
    and some gains in your overall penis size and health.

    After completing this 90 day routine, you may advance to some of the more advanced exercises, or continue with this routine if you continue to see gains.
    But...Do not up the the intensity or duration until you have finished the course as written. Good Luck. (jP

    My flacid seems to look like its getting ribs on both sides of the shaft .they disapear when I get erect tho .should I be worried about this or is it all good .thanks in advance.

    It is no wonder that this thread has become a sticky. The in depth discussion and explanation is one of the best I have found any place. Like most men I have been hunting for techniques and methods that actually work. I have come across plenty of programs asking for tons of money, but a little bit of research quickly shows that the only thing that would end up growing is the program owner's wallet. I will absolutely be putting these techniques to work. I would say that I would be willing to come back and post results, but the truth is that it could take months or years to see the results.
