For those warming up with the rice sock, does it ever touch your balls? Would that be bad for you? Also, what would be a good way to avoid touching your balls if it's bad for you?

It kinda touches the scrote, but not the testicles themselves. I just wrap the sock around the penis and move it around to make sure the whole penis gets the heat. Thanks!

I've been doing PE off and on for about a year and steadily for the past three months do you think this routine would benefit me or is it too basic?

Hey guys I was just wondering, and this maybe just cause im new to this and well im looking at it from a training perspective, but should you be sore after a session? Today was my second day doing the beginner routine posted here by JP and I am not sore (maybe that means im doing it correctly lol?), and I was also wondering does masterbation in anyway take away from gains (I feel like it doesn't but asking doesn't hurt right?), and should I do 2 days on 1 day off? in regards to the consistency i've read on other fourms of people doing 5 days on two days off (maybe I misread) but on this beginner guide I see more of the 2 days on 1 day off. Welcome aboard bcasell!
Congrats on choosing JP90 and embarking on your PE journey, I suggest you READ THIS THREAD (if you haven't already done so) and pay close attention to the safety section.
Pain is not good, you may feel a bit tired, but not hurting or sore (a bit too much in my book), its better to aim for feeling good, throughout and after the exercises.
As for ejaculation, its best to keep it away from your exercises by a few hours preferably after you are done exercising.
You may choose the best schedule that fits in with your regular life schedule, or the one that gives you the best PIs, you may start with a 2 ON 1 OFF, and see how will it go, just make sure that a rest day is a rest day.
