Hi, guys..
Been doing the routine for 30 days now, and just have a question:
Under the glans I have stretch marks now, when Im flacid, is this normal?

New here; a few quick questions.
1. What is the reasoning behind not jelqing the glans?
2. When jelqing, sometimes I lose my erection, so I'll stop after 10-15 reps or so and masturbate a little to get it back up. Is this hindering anything or is that fine? I feel like the blood I am trapping up until that point gets lost, and then I'm just restarting again, no?
3. Lastly, which two fingers do you use to v-jelq. This whole time I've been using my middle and ring finger, but now I just read somewhere that it's your index finger and middle finger? And with the 30 reps of v-jelqing, does an upstroke count as one rep, or do u have to go up, then left, then right for it to count as a full rep? And how long do u jelq each rep for? I've been doing 3 seconds.

Thanks for the awesome newbie routine - I'm embarrassed to say that I haven't been able to 'stick with it' for more than a couple weeks at a time in the couple times I tried picking it up a year ago, but I've finally got some motivation this time (I feel confident saying that since my non-PE regular gym workouts have finally been consistent too) so I want to try this routine again and stick with it this time!
I have two questions about the wet jelqs and the V jelqs:
1. About the wet jelqs - am I trying to force the blood to stay in the penis by trapping it with my bottom hand (i.e. as soon as the upward jelqing hand moves up, the other hand at the bottom clamps down to prevent it from escaping), or do I not want my second hand to do anything until the first hand has reached the top (don't worry about trapping anything in my penis)? In both cases the majority of force comes from my thumb and inner hand (the sides of the penis), is that right?
2. About the V jelqs - again, this is pressure to the sides of the penis only from middle and ring fingers, right? Should they all be done straight up, or should I go left-straight-right in a pattern?
3. Any problems with doing these in my computer chair while watching TV shows? Back when I was experimenting with this but not sticking to it, I found that I could finish the routine in about 25 minutes (NOT including warmup and warmdown) - about the length of an average TV show, so it was perfect. does that sound right?
Sorry for all the questions and thanks again for the guide. I'll take detailed measurements and start my progress journal once I confirm the above questions - I'm rather small lengthwise (about 5") so I'm mostly looking for length.

I've been doing this routine for a bit more than 3 months. I had to stop first at the end of 3 months because I've been told I over trained with the bathmate. After taking a week break I started the routine again (without the bathmate) but I noticed no positive PI and that I didn't have improved erections (someone talks about that in this thread Warning! If you haven't gotten improved erections: - Penis Enlargement at Thunder's Place).
I know JP's routine is an intense beginner routine, but can you overtrain and have no improved erections ? I thought it was a routine anyone could start without any problem. I could also find this topic only on thunder's place, so I'd like to know what you guys at pegyms think.

Hey JP could the Bathmate be incorporated into this 90 days? I heard it is pretty good to pump a little before a workout?

1. You don't jelq the glans as its very sensitive and have many nerve endings that you don't want to mess with.

Don't worry about that for now, finish your 90 days first, and don't change it until you stop seeing gains, the 90 days are a minimum for conditioning, not a maximum time limit, also note that, advanced exercises don't mean they give advanced gains, they just require advanced expertise and more care. Many PEers follow the beginner's routine for years.
