    Yes I'm resting and I will do a lighter routine in a week or two. But I thought it wasn't because I overtrain but because of the medicine I take.

    What medicine?

    Some medicines contribute to erection difficulties, such as anti depressants, but that doesn't mean that you can overtrain and get improved erections.

    The medicine I take is Amisulpride. One of its side effect is hyperprolactinaemia.

    Hey john pop....I was just recently reading a thread with a discussion about stretching to keep the ligs distorted on rest days. Would I be okay to do this .I will be starting week 4 on monday .im doing 5 consecutive days on and 2 off at the weekend .any info is allways appreciated.thanks

    Just wanted to say thank you @op. I stumbled across this site about 6 months ago and like many on here i was a skeptic but i said "what the hell its free" so i started out with this routine and added some other techniques in once in a while but this has basically been my go to routine and im very proud to say that ive gone from 6 1/4" to 7 1/2" in the past 6 months. My wife thanks you to.

    "Both hands count as 1 rep."

    Does this mean that I have to do a jelq with my left and then right hand for 150 times? I did it today, but it took forever to finish, I feel like it shouldn't take that long for a beginner program and all the other beginner routines I have seen only recommend 10 minutes of jelqing in each session.

    Shortterm goal: BPEL = 16 cm (6.3'') EG (Mid shaft) = 12 cm (4.7'')

    Longterm goal:
    BPEL = 18 cm (7'') EG (Mid shaft) = 14 cm (5.5'')
