Hi.I've been searching and reading this forum for weeks and I think the best pe method for a begginer like me is jp90.But I have a big problem,my english is very bad and I hardy understand the routine and Im afraid I've misunderstood it. Is there a video showing all the proper jp90's workouts? I guess it is a need cause many men in world desire to get their penis bigger in natural ways like jp90 but many of them like me don't fully understand the first post and may damage their manhood. IMHO, Stretching mainly targets the tunica, leading to length gains and probably makes it easier for girth (in some cases).
Combining kegels is a way to measure time, and increase the tug and efficiency of the exercise.
Don't forget to add reverse kegels after you are done to balance your pelvic floor.

Does the jelq end on the start of the glans (head of the penis)? Are you not supposed to jelq the glans, and start prior to touching it?

OK, its kind of hard to do though on a flaccid penis since theres not a whole lot of shaft at that stage. What i'm trying is uling the base of the shaft with one hand and jelqing with the other, without alternating hands. Is that acceptable?

Stretching should be done at flaccid state, but jelqing needs an erection level between 30% and 60% to be effective, and please don't attempt ULIs at this stage. You may slightly hold a grip at the base to prevent skin rolling up, but not as hard as a ULI, and it is advised to switch hands so you don't train one CC and ignore the other. https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...n-updated.html

Hello JonPop,
Do you recommend for a beginner to do this routine 5 days in a row and then take two days off or to do this routine every day until you hit the "Growth Days "?
