    I'm only doing one hand cause i'm trying to correct a curve. Is this wrong? I also find that v-jelqs are hard to perform with the curve. Should i replace them with a different excercise that could help more with my case?

    "Correcting" the curve is up to you, but its not at this stage, its best to condition your penis properly by following the routine as it is, and keep balance.

    You don't perform v-jelqs at a full erection either, so a curve should not be an issue if you have one.

    I think during the jp 90 is a great time to correct your curve.I don't see how the v-jelqs are hard to perform tho with a curve.Mines goes up and to the left.Are you doing youe v-jelqs down or up or straight out?

    I am starting my 5th week today, and haven't seen any gains. Right now I'm doing 5 days on and 2 off. Should I try three on and 2 off?

    Too early to asses anything, if you are getting positive PIs then you are on the right track.

    MrB8 is right.Like he said tho if your getting positive pi's don't worry,but if your getting alot of turtling,low eq,or pain then you should switch to a 2 day on 1 day off.

    just started week 3 of REVISED JP 90 DAY ROUTINE....at the moment everything seems same ...hope to see good results at the end of the routine
