Hey there fellas! I'm new to this, and upon stumbling onto this I just had to start the routine. Today is my first day! And I have taken the supplements accordingly this morning, and plan to do the PE exercise routine this evening! (I hope that is a good way to schedule?)
I am excited to see what gains can happen. Honestly, I am not after a huge change. I will be happy stopping at 7 BPEL and 5.5 MEG. My girl is actually... really tight so. xD
One thing I wanted to ask apart from an introduction is, all gains are permanent right? If I find my gains are good after some months of using this PE, can I stop (assuming I warm down for a period of time or somethin' to cement the gains?) and have them all my life?

I just finished my first session of the routine! My penis feels... very... relaxed? That whole region just feels warm and... I dunno, chill xD
Some problems I ran into however:
My penis wouldn't go past a certain level of flaccid for the Jelqs? So I had to manually masturbate somewhat to get it to a good level, and even then the bulge of blood wasn't super noticeable, felt more like skin was going with my fingers. (This might be the blood bulge and I'm interpreting it wrong.)
Anyway my problem with this is... I am on a PMO schedule. Recently I found I needed to de-sensitize myself to porn and have a manual reboot. (First decided when I started looking into fantasies and fetishes that were the only things to really without forcing it stir my erection. The problem is, they were deeply psychologically harming fantasies that I would never in a million years want to happen in real life. My problem is, I don't want them to be the only thing that really gets me going... so I'm on a 90 day period where I don't want to watch porn, masturbate or orgasm, so I may reboot my brain as I feel this is because there are layers of de-sensitized exposure to hardcore porn that has left me in this state.)
I don't want to masturbate to be frank... but as long as I focus or try to on purely the sensation (this takes a while for it to get my penis going) is it alright to masturbate to bring it to the blood bulged erection level I need to Jelq? In V-jelqs, both hands counts as 1 rep too? Or is that only in regular Jelqs? This is pretty important otherwise i do 90 or 180

Dday I had the problem with porn too it caused ed when with a girl, but I stopped watching porn about 5 months ago and it only took about 2 or 3 to start getting full erections with a girl. now porn is fully out of my life and sex is so good now. I recommend quitting porn but masturbation is fine without it. Maybe just edge a couple times a week to ejaculation without porn. Or if you cant get it up without porn do nofap for a while until that problem goes away

Thank you for the kind words man! Maybe this is just a placebo effect but... My erection already feels healthier!
I did my second session today and... when I stimulated myself a bit to get the right level of erection for jelqs I found that my erection jsut felt much healthier? I don't think there is a change in size but it felt... much less jittery?...Like... It felt good in a way that wasn't sexual.. Lol I hope I make sense?

Hey I read somewhere, jelqing and stretching can cause the penis to damage nerves... like... I don't want permanent damage to come of this. Is it possible that the lack of warming up and stretching it too hard is the culprit here?

Hiya PEGym guys.
I have just started my second month of JP90 and I have managed four days straight, but my PI's this morning tell me to take a rest day today. EQ has been fantastic, flaccid length is better than ever, my early morning wood has been rock hard and my edging sessions have been the best ever! In fact it's been SO hard to keep my hands away from my penis.
So thanks once again JP and to all of the helpful guys on here and remember to keep an eye on your PI's and tune your schedule accordingly.
