    I need to tak 2 500 mg L-arginina, or 500 mg? Because I am not sure

    The routine states two (2) 500 mg L-Arginine capsules per day, along with the other recommended supplements.

    1 Multi Vitamin & Minerals. (These are to boost your overall health during the exercise period.)

    2 500mg L-Arginine capsule. (Or powdered L-Arginine, follow directions. This is for good blood circulation.)

    Is there safe to take these because i founded many other sites and doctor advised stop taking multivitamins so please tell me i can take which u have adviced to take
    if there is no side effects.

    1->Super B complex. (Most B vitamin B's are absent in processed food.) are available in different types which one actually buy please mention the full name like natural made Super B complex,Twin lab Super B complex e.t.c and where will i buy and how to know it's original or not.

    2->Multi Vitamin & Minerals. (These are to boost your overall health during the exercise period.)

    How to perform a Kegale Exercises i can't understand there is written that contract your PC muscle hold for 3 or 5 sec and then.. like this so how to contract & hold like push out & push in like when i am urinating first force slowly pushing and when stopping pulling in like this kegale exercises done or not please tell me.

    I am currently taking B complex, cod liver oil and vitamin E, but you don't need these if you have a healthy diet supplements are good just to ensure your not missing anything that your body may need.

    I have taken L-Arginine, it dilates your blood vessels/arteries/veins which can aid in blood flow (probably reduces blood pressure too), your body converts Arginine into nitric oxide which is required by your body to get and erection and can help with erectile dysfunction. Personally I don't like to take it, even though I have some in my vitamin drawer, I find it a bit unnatural in such high levels, but that's just me.

    If you have a healthy diet, it is unnecessary to buy these as they are no substitute, however I recommend getting fish oil to help maintain heart and brain health, I believe its good for lubricating your joints also.

    If you are experiencing health problems, consult your doctor before taking any of the above (might be a good idea to consult doctor anyway, but the choice is yours).

    Kegel is a contraction of part of your pelvic floor, you may notice your penis move when you do this, I believe the contraction is felt more around the perineum. I believe you should be able to differentiate between clenching your sphincter muscles and the forward kegel. But with time and practice you will get it!

    The reverse kegel is to do with relaxation and stretching, it helps if you use your natural breathing to aid you, you may find this harder than the forward kegel, but its necessary to maintain a balanced pelvic floor. Stay relaxed when you do these if you visualize your pelvic floor expanding with your in breath and relaxing with your out breath.
