    Hi I just finished my first day and did I understand correct that have I do this routine 5 day on and 2 day off? If I understood that correct that so will I do like this through the routine?

    Congratulations!

    Yes, you got it right, you may choose to go for a 5 on 2 off or a 2 on 1 off schedule, and its best to be consistent, so pick the schedule that gives you positive PIs and doesn't interfere with your daily routine so you can keep up with it.

    Or if it is still too intense you can go to a 1 day on 1 day off routine with it

    I just wrapped up my first session of the JP90 routine and WOW do I feel great!

    From the stretching to the V-Jelq's, it felt good to work my penis like that!

    I'm looking forward to tomorrow's session

    Thanks for the inspiration everyone and hopefully I'll start to see some gains in a month or so

    I'm kind of a newbie with manual PE. Before I had any idea of this site and the routines posted I was doing my own routine that consisted of some jelqing and stretching exercises which ended up being a waste of time because I had no idea what my LOT was or how to do a kegel. I tried an X4 extender and while my length was average , my girth wasn't which meant that the grip was inconsistent. I'm just here to ask,would this routine still be beneficial for me even though I did some of the exercises, I did them wrong of course,nothing gained and nothing lost. Any feedback would be appreciated and thank you Jon for posting this routine.

    Yes, I recommend you read the START HERE thread and pay attention to the safety section, then follow this routine consistently for no less than 90 days, or until you stop gaining.

    Then later on, you may incorporate the use of devices if you so desire, but then, I recommend that you read about it in the Penis Devices Forum.

    Thanks for the response and the links.Don't Worry, I read the safety section like you suggested and some other beginner routine but ever since joining this site I've heard more people praise this routine for thier gains. I was just afraid that I built up a tolerance to the stretches but I warmed up and did one of everything just to get the feel and I'm relieved to say that my penis has not adapted to all the stress I put it through prior to this routine.

    No problem.

    Indeed, many members report great gains from this routine, thats why its so popular around here, listen to your penis (PIs) and you will be just fine, there is a wealth of information on this site, do as much research as you can.

    Sorry for being a bother but I'm a little confused about the side to side stretch and the 25 kegels. when I have my penis stretched against my thigh is it supposed look and feel like its trying to go back for every kegel I do ,also where's the stretch supposed to be felt because when I stretch I feel more of a stretch around my base than my penis?
