    Thanks for that clarification... I've been doing each stroke=1 rep... That is(based on the true definition) I've only been doing 25 jelqs, and 15 vjelqs, minus the upward vjelq.

    So I assume jp90 takes about 1hr from start to finish?

    About 40 to 45 minutes with warmup and warmdown.

    Yes you can, it's what I used to do, it's ok because you can apply directional heat, I used to cup my hand around my shaft and press close to my body to protect testicles from direct heat, this way it creates a small bath of hot water for your penis, not to forget warming the lower abdomen (suspensory ligs), and the perineum.

    However it's not the best way of warming up, you have now way of knowing how long you are warming up for, it's expensive (higher electric bill) and you still have to be careful of burning yourself. Also when you get out you tend to look like a prune and can forget to warm down.

    The rice sock is the best method so far I have used, I warm up longer than the recommended 10 or so minutes, I probably do 20 minutes (I nuke the rice sock a couple of times) just to be sure I'm thoroughly warmed up. It's easier to apply directional heat with the sock and wrap your penis, cheaper on the bills too.

    I agree with burtybasset, a heating pad or a rice sock is much better for warming up.

    If you must do it in the shower, make sure you keep the heat away from your testicles.

    Welcome to the Gym heyhey!

    Testicles best function at a lower temperature than that of the body's, hence the scrotum gets lower in hot whether, so by heating them, you are negatively affecting them, and decreasing their ability to produce testosterone and sperm.

    Long term overheating may lead to permanent side effects.

    This might seem like a stupid question, but when are guys counting from? Are you doing 90 days from day 1 and including rest days so it will come to around 3 months? or are you just counting PE days?
