    You count from day one, including rest days!

    Remember, rest days are growth days, so keep them for that, rest!

    Hello everyone,

    I started this workout last week, and today I'm supposed to start my second 5day workout cycle. I was wondering, if I am too tired, can I skip a day? Will this affect the final results, and if so, how?

    I've been counting rest days as well. Been a great routine, especially for a beginner. I'm going to continue this routine after 90 days, but I will be making improvements to it.

    Why? I continued to do the routine for another 13 months, for a total of 16 months before I no longer saw any gains. And, I made most of my gains in that period.
