    Don't get me wrong, it's a fantastic routine! Hell it's my starting point and it's been effective. I know that my condition has greatly improved so I wanna make a few adjustments to further my progress and improve my condition more. It's not like I'm going to completely change the routine or anything, just make some adjustments.

    I've added a kegal routine which I do before the routine itself. 10 minutes of reverse kegals (10 second holds, 10 second breaks), then 10 minutes of regular kegals (10 second holds, 10 second breaks). I'd like a kegal routine made by a PE vet but I couldn't find any kegal *routines* so I figured I'd go with the one I just mentioned. Only other adjustments I'll make to the routine will be UJ's instead of regular jelqs and UV's instead of regular v-jelqs.

    Is it alright to start from 50 jelqs and 30 v jelqs and build up to 150/90? Or is it expected to start at 150/90?

    Yes, of course, start with as much as you are comfortable with and build up to the recommended rep count as you get conditioned, always listen to your PIs.

    I'm having a bit of difficulty with the v jelqs.. My sac is being caught in the v and I feel as though I'm only doing half my shaft

    But I thought your supposed to have your free hand half way up the shaft while and then let go of the other hand? Also having a problem doing that for reg jelqs.. I do one jelq then when I let go I start the other so I can hold my sac back.. Also is it alright that on v jelqs my foreskin is up? I don't think there is any physically possible way it can stay down.

    As well as I'm having a lot of trouble holding my erection for more than 20-30 reps I'm constantly having to stop and get back to 60% erection, are these pauses alright ?

    Hello ive been on this routine for three weeks now and as im reading more posts about proper PE Gyming i have some concerns..

    While jelging , i do not become erect. My penis does become fuller but it stays flacid, i then have to stroke in in order to get it erect but again it does down.

    What can be the cause of this??

    Also while doing both v and regular jelgs, do you strive to stretch the skin or pull on both penis and skin??

    Im struggling a bit on technique since i am more of a visual learner. I do not get the so called morning or nightwood after pe and my unit has slight turtlimg after but not too bad.

    Sounds like a weak PC to me, I had the same problem for the first 2 months. I started doing 10 minute reverse kegals (10 second holds then 10 second breaks) and 10 minute regular kegals (10 second holds then 10 second breaks) before my routine and it has helped strengthen my PCs. I also gave up watching porn and an TRYING either give up masturbation or cut it down to maybe 2 times a month. So far the Kegals and giving up on the porn have significantly improved my condition and have made jelqing easier.

    You do use lube for your jelqs right? While doing the jelqs you should use a firm grip, tight enough so that you can force the blood to the top of the penis. To tell if you're doing it properly, while slowly doing a jelq feel the head of your penis with your free hand, you should be able to feel your head get a little bigger and harder. Turtling is a negative PI, your flaccid penis shoulddd be hanging slightly heavier and thicker. It's possible that your gripping it too tightly.
