    nice article

    i dont know what kind of exercises are straight out and straight down.


    My LOT is 9:00 so what kind of exercises i have to do¿?

    Ignore the lot, and stretch in all directions, left, right, upwards, downwards, and straight out. Those the the directions in which you stretch out your penis.

    Make sure you are not using much force, just enough to feel a stretch nothing more.

    It says in the JP90 thread, that the lot theory is obsolete, do exercises in all directions! Read JP90 again, I have read it at least five times now!

    4 days ago I started this beginner routine. Have been doing pretty much exactly what the routine tells you to and so far it seems my EQ is better, seem to have more erections too. Had a bit of trouble with V Jelqs at first, but no longer.

    I'm taking vitamine pills and using a P-CL-E creme for wet jelqs, so far so good Will go and try to keep a journal or something...

    Started last Monday. Within a couple days, my penis retained a slightly longer flaccid length and a slight increase in girth. My erections also felt stronger. I finished on Friday and took the weekend off, as per the suggestion, and my "gains" disappeared around Sunday afternoon. Is this normal? I had a feeling it would be temporary, because I wasn't expecting to make any gains at all in the first week. But it sure felt good for those few days when my penis was a little bit bigger. It made me think "yeah, this works, I can do this."

    Anyway, I won't let the loss discourage me. I did my exercises today and will complete the rest of the week, and then compare this weekend with the last in terms of gain retention. I just want to ask if my experience is normal. Are temporary gains for newbies a thing or did I do something wrong?

    Sound to me like good news! Temporary gains in my opninion only mean great potential. As far as I've read, gains are usually seen after about a month or so, the first newbie gains, that is. Also, you'll have to keep on working out to really cement the gains you've got. Keeping that in mind what you said is nothing new or bad.

    Temporary gains or a better flaccid hang is a positive PI sign, and it means you are doing a good job, keep on going like that and you will make real gains, but keep in mind that PE is a long term commitment, and you have to patient, persistent and consistent.
