Thread: JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

    I've been doing this practice for 26th times and still not gain additional leght or girth

    I follow link where they display about positive pi and negative, what i notice about the changes down there are:
    - there are many veins pop up even from the side and the bottom of the shaft
    - fyi. im not circumcised, after the training..the skin around tip is darker than skin around the bottom of the shaft
    In your experience are this negative or positive pi?


    And i add some edging to my training, i completed thia training at night and in the morning im practice edging...is this okay?

    The other things i want to confirm that when i edging in the morning...it seems like i cant get it hard enough but recently i add some kegels (i never use kegels before) whenevr i can and when i edge...it get hard enough and quickly...is this training, kegels is an requirement to get additional gain ? Cos at first im afraid to do kegels since there is an saying that to much kegels can lead us to premature ej and to help that we must balance with rk (im trying to understand rk but camt find how to do it >..<)...i hope with edge i can null th3 effect of kegels

    You are in the conditioning period, those 90 days are to make your penis ready for the rest of your PE journey, and while some make gains during that period, others need more time, overall, PE is a long term process and you need to be patient, persistent and consistent.

    I assume you are in your 5th or 6th week of training, wait until you finish the routine after 90 days before you assess your progress.

    Regarding your PIs, a veiny penis is a positive PI, and it means you are on the right track.

    Make sure you are not having negative PIs as well, stay in the positive zone to encourage growth.

    You may edge apart from your routine if you want, but I recommend that you do it right after you finish your workout if you can, your PIs would be a good indicator on which way to go.

    Reverse kegels are when you relax your pelvic floor muscles and tens your lower abs to apply pressure on your pelvic floor and stretch it out gently, like when you push out urine faster, don't forget to breath while you are doing it as well.

    Edging (without orgasm) is useful as a warmdown after a workout to promote bloodflow to the area while also keeping the penis at a more expanded state. I believe that it helps with recovery but that orgasming after will hinder recovery since blood will flow out of the area.

    Edging is a great supplement to your routine, just make sure you mind the total workload or you will overtrain.

    If you are unable to get an erection after your workout, I suggest your decrease its intensity.

    A vitamin shop has them all, or some large health specialty stores. Specific store names depend on what area you live in, and the internet should be able to help you locate them.

    sir please can u tell me that i am doing this exercise from 3 to 4 months but nothing happened i worried to take my penis before this i have invested so many money for this purpose but now i don't want to invest anything so please give me solution properly i will obey your words whatever u tell me to do i will do. personally i am requesting,begging u please help me as soon as u can for me. thank's
