    Hey, got a question - I've been doing this routine for a while with washcloths for warmup/warmdown and vasoline for jelqs and it's been working fine, but it's extremely messy and a pain to clean up.

    So I went out looking for the lotion JP recommends, Suave with Vitamin E and Lanolin. I found Suave with Vitamin E, but no Lanolin. It's 'Suave Skin Solutions - Revitalizing with Vitamin E' body lotion. I tried using it today and it was not sufficient as lube no matter how much I used - I couldn't get traction after the first 5 minutes or so.

    Is the Lanolin really important for traction or something? Does someone have a brand that works well that I can just order off Amazon or something?

    I made a rice sock and I guess it works fine, but I doubt I could use that with the messy vasoline for warmdown, would end up getting the sock all vaseline'd up since that stuff takes forever to wash off.

    Edit: Also of concern was that the lotion tends to build up near the tip of the penis, worried about getting it in the urethra. Not sure if that's something I should be too worried about or not, though.

    Hey all,

    Been doing this routine for just over 2 weeks now, starting with a 5 on 2 off but switched to a 2 on 1 off schedule as I felt I was getting fatigued down there and losing EQ which has since improved with the changeover.

    I am still struggling with kegals though, I am pretty certain of the muscle needed as indicated while peeing stop/starting, and "bouncing" when semi erect (tension running from the shaft right down through my undercarriage) - but really find it hard to achieve anywhere near the amount listed a day. The first few are fine, but thereafter I actually find it harder and harder to find the muscle, as if its getting tired already.

    Any helpful tips on this or is it just one of those things that needs to strengthen?

    You are doing well listening to your penis and adjusting your routine according to your PIs!

    Regarding kegels, you may time your stretches for 25-30 seconds and do the kegels separately in sets of 25 no more than 75 a day, do less if you want.

    (I know MrB8 answerd this but maybe someone else knows) Can I do the regular jelq at the same time without switching after 50 to v-jelqs, so 150 regular+ 90 v's?

    I might be over doing it on the kegels then, I've been doing about 270-300 a day for the last 2 days.
    I'm about 1 month in so far, I don't feel like I'm doing to many, do you think this is personal thing, or should I slow my roll?

    In my opinion, that is a bit too much, do not over work your pelvic floor.

    Hello all!! I have just started my quest to a fuller and larger Penis. I am about 14 pages into this thread and wow, it clears up a lot. I am patient and am going to do this routine until I reach an advanced level. My reasoning for this quest is different than ive seen. My wife and I are about to have the second child and, well, lets just say it is a chewed up piece of bubble gum now that is quite larger that it use to be, but, it is still my chewed up gum. My sex life atm is non-existent, I fell on the not so horny side of preggers wife. BUUUTTT this gives me about 6-8 moths of experimenting to have it bigger for he, and for me.

    I have a few questions:

    1: I am uncircumcised and find that it feels awkward when doing the routine. I do not know if I need to keep the extra skin held back or to just pull it along with the jelq.

    2: Do penis creams assist at all with this routine or should I leave them on the shelf

    3: Has anyone done a visual progress chart that can be linked?

    I thank you for taking the time out of your day to help people like myself.
