Just out of curiosity: How long does it take for you people to fully finish the JP90 exercise every day you do it?

So hey can someone help me, I've been doing the 2 days on 1 day off with jells and stretches... Im taking arest because I think I over did it, its been 2 days of rest, and my glans shrunk...is this just part of recovery or what?

Hello..
I've been doing my version of JP's routine for about 4 months now, but currently i'm in a situation where i have no idea what to do next. Since practicing it, my erection has improved enormously and I'm very happy about it, but the problem is I gained only in girth. Since my penis is not very long, and i have "too much" girth naturally and I was doing only stretches and jelqing (since the search button on forum showed these are best excercises for my goal) , but didn't gain nothing in length. I changed grips, always jelqed at minimum erection levels, was awared about bodyclues,.. I also stopped doing kegels.. I definitely don't want to continue and have my penis looking like a fat short sausage.. Any ideas what should i do?

I have a few questions about this routine since today was my first time doing all the exercises. I'll list them below.
1. I didn't have an erection just about through all the exercises. My penis did elongate a little from the stretching and helicopters but it was just limp. Only had an erection for a few seconds towards the end(went down quicly). Should I have had at least a little erection or am I in the good?
2. When doing wet Jelqs I counted each hand going out as a repetition as in "right hand goes out = 1 repetition, left hand goes out = 2 repetitions. Did I do that correctly?
3. When doing V Jelqs, I followed what JP said instead of the videos I saw and used my index and the finger next to it with my fingers curled towards my underbelly and pulled upwards diagonally to the right, and then upwards diagonally to the left. Doing both sides counted as 1 repetition. While doing it I kept thinking "How does this increase girth?"(Made me doubt if I was doing it correctly or not.) Did I do this correctly?
4. Also, at the end when it says in total 150 and 90. Is it talking about the sum of all of them together in the end or is it telling me to do 150 wet jelqs and then 90 V jelqs for the finish?Last edited by FoxyBigz; 05-09-2014 at 05:45 AM.

1. Stretching should be done flaccid.
2. Both hands are supposed to be counted as one rep
3. Sounds about right (Spock grip, palm facing belly + fingers curled under)
4. yeah 3 sets of 50 and 3 sets of 30 its supposed to be I believe.
Keep an eye on PI's while doing this I found it a little much and had to adjust the routine to suit my PI's.

I forgot to ask about Jelqs, since I did those while flaccid to(my penis doesn't get erections easily.) Should it be erect while doing Jelqs, and if so how erect should it be?
