    I have a question about the kegels. Doing them seems to force blood up my shaft, which causes my flaccid penis to become bigger (+/- 40-60%) Is there a way to avoid this?

    Hi I'm a beginner. Is it okay to do jelqs without stretching ? Would I still get results ? Same warm up warm down

    Yes, but it would be best if you include some stretches, as they both work together in enlarging our penis.

    Time your sets instead, and follow a separate regular and reverse kegels routine.

    Welcome to the gym ez.hackster!

    Whatever exercises you do it's always best to warm up and down! Generally speaking stretches target length and jelqs target girth, but there may be some crossover and like MrB8 said the two exercises complement each other.

    So I'm back to these parts of the woods... and I'm trying to double check that I'm jelqing properly. I see in the instructional video the guy continue hand after hand without effort, however my foreskin seems to get in the way when I reach for my second hand - like there's too much of a build-up. Do people with this problem simply grip a little higher with the second hand, pull back to the base and THEN start jelqing so that you don't get that turkey neck thing going?

    Thats good, you can increase jelqs weekly if your PIs are good, same for stretches, try to stretch in all directions, left, right, upwards, downwards and straight out.

    Welcome back!

    You may try to lightly hold your none jelqing hand at the base to prevent skin roll up, or hold your sack between your thighs.
