    Separate for JP90, you do 50 normal jelqs, then 30 V-jelqs, then repeat these two a total of three times, adding up to 150 jelqs and 90 V-jelqs.

    It pays to read JP90 a couple of times!

    Also, what are helicopter shakes? Do I literally shake my dick 360 degrees around?

    Good point. I don't count the warm up and down...since doing things I have to do to get ready for the day. IE: I'm brushing my teeth. Then I'm showering on cool down.

    No you won't damage your penis if you masturbate after your routine, but I recommend edging instead, it can be a good supplement to your routine and you can ejaculate at the end.

    Either way, monitor your PIs, and they'll tell you if you are doing too much or too little.

    How long does it take you to do one rotational stretch? I saw the video demo and it took about 30s, but the program calls for 100 total, that would mean 50 minutes of just stretches?

    New here, I'm having problems staying 50-70% during jelq. It gets too soft that I would have to masturbate to get it back up then try again. Had to stop early today. Any tips? Is it because I fapped the day before or too much? Thanks. Perhaps I should fap less? I just started doing it only once or twice a week on my rest days.
