I had a few quick questions since I think I've been doing some things wrong...
1. By '4 seconds' per jelq, that means 2 seconds per hand for 4 seconds total in 1 rep, right?
2. How long should each stroke of a V jelq be? 2 seconds as well?
3. For the jelqs and V jelqs is says to do them 'straight out'. I do my PE sitting in my computer chair on a towel, leaning back the natural desire is to want to jelq up towards my belly. I'm guessing that's bad? I should try to jelq pointing outward (i.e. at my computer screen rather than at my belly when sitting in my chair)?

1- Four seconds for each stroke, so both hands would take 8 seconds.
2- Same, 3-5 seconds for V-Jelqs as well.

I do my routine sitting down. I'm on my bed so I'm leaning back a little against the headboard. If you're doing the palm down ok grip while jelqing it will be more natural to go straight up while sitting. Whereas with the palm up grip it will be at a much less vertical angle. I personally do both grips but favor the palm down.
Beginning stats: BPFSL 7 5/8" BPEL 7.25" EG 5.5"

Thanks MrB8, after watching the videos I have one more question...
For stretching, I've been doing it like this - stretch to the left, hold 25 kegels, and then do 10 circles left and right (but holding the whole penis left).
In the video, the guy does the circles from the center - like all the way around. Which way is correct for JP's routine? Do I hold to the left and do kegels, and then bring back to the center and do the circles there? Or do I do the circles from the left (and then the right, out, up, etc.)?
Also, he seems to do the circles very, VERY slowly, is that right for this routine or should it be a little faster?

Hi guys,
I'm 5 weeks in on this routine, I would say with no result so far, but there will be time for conclusions after the whole 90 days.
My question actually is that I was considering penis extender with (or instead of) this routine. Do you have positive results with penis extenders?
