    Hey man, I don't know to which book you are referring?

    If I were you I would start a structured routine, JP90 is one most beginners go with, just be sure to watch your PI's, they may be quit subtle, I try and measure them not just immediately after a workout, but through the next day too. Pay particular attention to things like erection quality (EQ).

    You might benefit from starting a log in the progress forum to keep track of what's working for you and to help stay motivated. Also don't forget to warm down too!

    Remeks book exercising the penis,The routine is less intense than
    the JP 90 but it does work,This is what I first did
    I would finish the he JP90.Just my 2 cents

    By not noticing PI changes i meant i don't see my growth yet. Altho, i feel like my Erection is stronger (harder) than before.. it might just be my mind playong tricks :P

    I did notice shooting father than before but is more due to kegel.

    Increased EQ is a very positive PI sign, and it means your on the right track, as long as you are in the positive PIs zone, I see no reason to switch routines, be patient, gains take time, PE is a long term process!

    Is it possible to split this training into two sessions in the sam day? For example, the morning do stretching and the night do jeql?

    It's a bit tough for me to have 1 hour straight of personal time to do this in one session..

    Yes it is possible and many members do it, either for time or privacy constraints.

    I’m doing that when I have a lack of time and it seems to work fine for me.

    How long do people do the circular stretches for, as in what is the duration of one rotation? If I do it too slowly my glans gets numb, which is a good reason not to for me!

    Hello I am a new member and only just recently started trying this stuff out. I live in a busy house so my time is very limited so I choose the odd one or two days of the week when I have enough private time (Around 30 mins). I just have one problem, I can't stop my full erection! Even when I start warming up flaccid, it just goes up and rock solid. Can't stop it!! Will this be a problem?
