    Not sure if people are interested in seeing updates of people who are trying this routine. If I'm out of line let me know.
    I'm 6 weeks in and again, I'm astonished! Again I had to measure repeatedly bc I couldn't believe it.
    June 2 g: 5.5; l: 5.5
    June 13 g: 5.75; l: 6.0
    July 12 g: 5.75; l: 6.5

    Before you warm down.

    Here's what Big Al recommends for a routine construction.

    Warm up > Girth Exercise > Length Exercise > Kegels > Stop and Start/Edging > Warm down.

    I didn't modify my diet bc of this program but I eat a wide variety. Dinners are: vegetarian at least once a week, fish once a week, beef only once a week. Very little fast food, if ever. I am taking vitamin B complex, vitamin C and Omega 3. Doc has me on it so unrelated to this program.

    Well my loss of tug is 6.00 too on an estimate how long should this routine take to do

    It depends on how fast/slow you doing the stretching and jelqing. But for med it take 10-12 minutes to do the stretching and helicopter shakes. Then 20-23 minutes to do the jelqing. I usually warm up for 15 minutes and warm down for 10-20 minutes.
