Sorry to ask this since it probably gets asked all the time, but the 'original' JP jelq plan was updated 6 years ago from what I can tell (based on first page of thread). Does JP or anyone have an updated manual plan, or anyone have a 'routine' that they thought worked really well for them? I am laying off my Phallosan Forte for quite a while and plan to get a LG Hanger and do something manual along with it, but it all still seems kind of vague on what exactly I should do at this point (and no one wants to accidentally 'waste' 3 months of work - I may never try it again if I find it ineffective or that I "should have done...."!).
For the manual work, I plan to use my HydroMax 3 to 5 times a week, and alternate ~5 minutes of that with 5 minutes (~55 Jelqs) back and forth for a total of around 20 minutes, but I have no idea if that's a good plan. Is 3 days of manual stuff a week enough? should I plan to build on the # of jelqs? etc? I'm just looking for a little more solid plan from someone who has seen good results. Maybe JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine is still perfectly effective and I just need to follow it? I'd also love to see a grid or something that just says "Week 1 - 55 Jelqs", etc, to just lay it out in a simple, easy to print/read/follow chart?
Anyway, I've probably rambled on a bit, but thanks for any advice!!

Just a little warning for the newbies who wants to start this routine as your first routine.. i think it's a little intense and would suggest you start with something simpler.
I made the mistake of goinf for this and because i was inexperienced, i think i injured myself and am experiencing lost of sensitivity/numbness.. i have a hard time getting a steong erection and a hard time keeping it up..

MrB8, you make it sound like its nothing serious and i'll get back to normal, but reading the threads in that forum, it seems like it's a big deal.. i don't know what to think..
