    All you need is rest to recover, if you give your penis some alone time and apply heat, it will heal.

    The seriousness of it should encourage you to take care, but not be negative about it, many do recover from such injuries!

    Is going to the sauna the same as applyig heat directly on the dick?

    When kegeling, do you squeeze the muscle the maximum (100%) you can? If not, what percentage should we target?

    Your PC muscle is like all skeletal muscles, it can get tired and overworked, do not squeeze too hard especially as a beginner, moderate strength is recommended.

    If your pelvic floor muscles are overworked, give them some rest, and don't forget to add reverse kegels to your routine to achieve and maintain balance.

    There's something I don't understan about the LOT. I'm attempting to begin with this routine; so I was Determining LOT. And please, be patient with me. I'm not a native english espeaker, so I really didn't understand much about the theory. So help me understand what happens.

    I was flaccid, I did the ok grip and streched straigth up (to the ceiling) and I did a kegel sitting down. (Idk if that's normal, but when I'm standing I can barely feel the kegels, I feel them when I'm sitting) When I did the kegel I obviously felt it (when I do kegels, my penis kinda-like bounces) and I could see the base making the bounce effect (I mean the base of my penis, because like I'm stretching it up I can only see the donwards side of my penis)

    And I can feel that kegel-effect everytime I do it, stretching up, out and down.

    So, my question is: What I'm suppossed to feel/see when I do the kegel? How can I tell it "tuged"? Should I do the kegel standing up? If I felt that(read above), that means my LOT is 12:00?

    Note: I don't know if this is relevant, but I have been working on my kegels quite a while (without a routine, just doing them when I remember off) so I believe they are at least stronger than before/normally

    Hey everyone. I'm about to start doing this routine as my first ever excercise. I'm a bit confused on what I should use exactly for the warm up. Which one is the most effective? I'm leaning towards using a rice sock so that it wraps around completely.
