    The option are all effective and it’s probably what suits you best. I use a heat pad that I put in a soft towel and it works fine but sometimes the heat is uneven in the pad. A rice sock is a good heating device and it’s probably easy to distribute the heat by squeezing around the rice, try it and see how it works. I think you will be satisfied with it. You could also try a warm washcloth. Good luck with JP90, it’s a good routine

    Just finished the 3 months with pretty pathetic results. Only 1" gain to BPFSL and .4" gain to BPEL. No gains anywhere else.
    I'm uncircumcised and had to do the "pull scrotum skin behind balls and sit on them" while Wet-Jelqing, and had to use my free hand to hold my foreskin on the scrotum while V-Jelqing with the other hand.

    I had a couple questions:
    1. What exercises should I add?
    2. What EQ% should my penis be during V-Jelqs? This whole time I've been doing them at 60-80%, but have read some posts made by JonPop from 2011 that they're supposed to be 40%.
    3. When we do Wet Jelqs, we're supposed to begin the other hand jelqing while the first hand is still squeezed around the head of the penis. Are we supposed to do that for V-Jelqs as well? Or is it pointless since blood isn't collecting anyways because of the gap between the finger V-shape?

    Congrats on completing the routine, and on your gains, not pathetic at all, 0.4" in EL is very good, PE is a long term commitment, patience and consistency are important!

    1. You don't really need to add anything, especially if you are still gaining, however, you may change your routine if gains have halted, the following threads discuss the matter more deeply.

    2. It depends on your target, lower EL are beginner friendly and target length, and higher EL are more advanced and targets girth.

    If I feel a pull when the penis is upwards then I have to do jelqing the penis downward?

    Not necessarily, the LOT was mainly targeting stretching, and it is obsolete now, you may ignore it and stretch in all directions.

    Most members either jelq outwards or upwards, choose the direction you feel better with.
