    are you meant to kegel between jelq strokes? if so i end up doing like 1-200 kegals in a jelqing session is this excessive?
    or are you meant to just grip from the base and push up what ever blood you can, i feel if i don't kegal no extra blood is forced up the shaft??

    You may do a kegel every few strokes if you wish, but don't over do it as you may tire out/overwork your pelvic floor muscles, and don't forget to do reverse kegels after your routine to balance it out.

    hello so we can ignore the LOT theory now?

    I tried doing it and it seems at first i got the most pull action at 12:00 and 9:00 but at the same time didnt notice it at 6:00 until I tried doing after a several times. Initially I noticed the pull of my penis as I did the kegal at 12:00 does this mean I will have easier gains as stated?

    Yes you can ignore it and stretch in all directions.

    I have a problem while doing the jelqs. When I'm going up my shaft near the glans my skins folds over it this happens when im semi erected how can I prevent this or is this normal?

    Use your non jelqing hand to hold your skin at the base (a light tourniquet grip).

    Hi there

    Is 60-70% Erection percent still flaccid or is it hard but doesn't rise all the way up (2 o' clock or so instead of 12 o' clock)

    Also how hard/soft should you squeeze when you jelq? Is it the softer the better?

    At 70% it should have little firmness but not enough for penetrative intercourse, you can still bend it but with some resistance.

    For a beginner, a safe level to jelq is between 40% and 60%, where 0% is totally flaccid.


    Your grip should only be the lightest that can still move blood up the shaft and to the glans, if you can see your glans expanding then you are doing enough.


    Don't confuse that with EQ, or with erection angle, as both are not directly correlated to erection level.

    Hi all!

    By mid-October I will have completed the full JP90 routine and I'd like to keep it going but by adding a few girth exercises.

    I was hoping for advice on the following:

    15m warmup
    Stretching, 35 kegels per stretching direction
    Erect (not completely erect) squeeze, approx 10s
    50 jelqs
    30 Vs
    Etc, etc
    10m cool-down/warm-down

    I'm not sure if I should increase the kegels, or keep it at 25 but just take more time per kegel? Also, how would one fit in tunica tugs?
