    2 hands equal one rep for regular jelqs, as for v-jelqs, one to the left, one to the right, one straight up.

    Because I'm doing one handed jelqs, should I double the amount of reps I should do? Meaning, 300 regular jelqs and 180 Vs?

    Also, my circular stretches usually take 5 seconds per 'turn', so will need to increase that!

    Hi Ninjaman825 and welcome to PEGym.

    With breaking up I assume you mean for example do the stretching in the morning and the jelqing at evening or the other way around. That's no problem, I did it myself sometimes when I did JP90 and there are others here at PEGym who has done it that way.

    The amount of reps in the routine mean 2 hands equal one rep, so if you will use one hand, then double the rep count.

    And 5 to 10 seconds is acceptable for circle stretches.

    Hey dude , the way I warm up is : I just wash my lower body with hot water , not too hot. I read somewhere that I shouldnt heat testicles but this is the only way for me to warm up . Any problem ?

    edit : When I'm done , my penis is ready for any kind of pull,it becomes fluffy and it radiates heat as stated . I'm just concerned about testicles.

    Try a heating pad like those used by physiotherapists to ease back and joints pain.

    Also you can make a rice sock at home.

    Try filling a cup with warm water and submerge your penis in it.


    The point is to keep the penis under an external heat source for the duration of the warm up.


    As for the testicles, yes, do your best to keep them cool and away from heat.
