The JP 90 is NOT set in stone.
Back in 2002 when I first started PE, there was very little information on the web concerning Penis Enlargement. I wrote the JP 90 as a guide to teach those just discovering PE how to do the exercises.
Now, the internet is brimming with sites. Those that tried my program and stayed with it, had good gains, but everyone it seems is too impatient to devote 90 days
to a structured program and have to go off on their own to try to get gains quicker. This is fine, but remember, this is a proven set of exercises and if followed as written, will condition your penis for advanced exercises and also give you what are called 'Newbie' gains.
So no matter which exercise program you follow, just stay consistent, and do not over-work. Good Luck to all.

I dont want to do something wrong, so i have to ask these stupid questions.
Can I do some edging after JP90 workout and then warm down, will it be to much for begining ?

Another question...
Due to the blisters on my fingers, I cannot get a good enough grip whilst stretching but jelqing is fine. Is it ok to just do the warm-up and go straight to the jelqs?

I just started this routine and I was wondering if I could do 150 v jelqs and 90 jelqs as my priority is to increase girth rather then length. If you have any other tips you think may be helpful in doing this I would appreciate it. Also I wondering is it better not to have sex or masterbate on down days. Thanks

Jelqing targets both length and girth, jelq at a 60% erection level if you are seeking more girth, however, please note that at this stage you should be focusing on conditioning. Many trainees have difficulties with V-Jelqs and replace them with regular jelqs.

Regarding masturbation on rest days, I recommend edging after your routine (up to three times a week) instead of masturbation, and advise against doing either on rest days.
As for sex, go for it whenever the opportunity arises, don't let anything stand in your way, if anything, PE can wait, not sex.
