    hi all, when doing the V jelqs, what is 1 rep? is it like wet jelqs where left+right = 1 rep? or is each individual motion = 1 rep? thanks!

    So, I finished my 90 days routine couple of days ago. Did just as it said in OPs text with 2 days workout and 1 day rest*though I admit I slacked a lot sometimes because was sometimes tired and lazy ). Results are good, it looks bigger and fuller and went from 12-13cm to 14cm in that time. Have a couple of questions now:

    1) Is gaining I got good or should be better and I ruined it with slacking?
    2) Should I continue with this routine or should I maybe increase it or start some more complex one in order to gain more?

    Congrats on your gains and on completing the routine and your conditioning period!


    If it is still working, why change it, you can repeat the cycle for as many times as you wish, JP kept doing it for years and made great gains.

    Seek changes when your gains have stalled.

    Hey guys!

    Just posting as to give myself some accountability.

    Made some good gains doing my own thing for a while but now hit a plateau with my girth. So i am going to do this routine!
    15/5 ---- 21/10 (today)
    EL-5.9"---- 6.1"
    BPEL-7.0" ----- 7.2"
    MG-4.72" ----SAME
    BG-5.11" ----SAME

    If anyone has any thoughts please free to offer them! Anything is appreciated!

    Also massive improvements in P.F balance with minute mans routine!

    I will post in another month.

    Hi guys YoungKobe here. Just a couple of quick questions:
    So how long should each BIG CIRCLE stretch be? 5 seconds or 10 seconds?
    Also what will you see if you just jelq alone and don't stretch? Or if you just do the stretches but don't Jelq, I'm wondering what the difference in gains would be.
    I am thinking about going at this routine 4 days a week for one cycle because I'm super busy with school, and then going at it 5 days a week the second time hopefully after I can manage my time better.
