    Yes you can substitute v-jelqs with regular jelqs.

    Your PIs will guide to the optimum amount of reps, but about the same number as v-jelqs is a good estimate.

    When counting towards 90, in what makes the JP90 routine, does one only count the days they PE until they reach 90 (on days only), or does one include both on and off days towards their 90?

    Hi guys, im new to the forum, glad to start this process of sexual improvement, and to train Mr. Stick to get a little bigger. I have been doing this JP90 routine for 1 week. My question is: How much time do the stretching part takes? Each circle for me takes around 4 seconds, and the whole stretching phase takes around 8 minutes; is that good and long enough?
