I have two questions about the routine.
1. Can I do the "strech" part in the shower? For example 5 min of direct "quite" hot water, and then do my streching and kegels in the shower?
2. I want to add another grith excercise after the jelq routine? Was thinking of adding the flaccid bend after my jelq routine. (Have done this 90 days routine in januari this year and would like to spice it up a bit).

1. Yes you can, but be careful not to expose your testicles to heat for prolonged periods as that may affect their function/health, also note that this may cause skin problems as well.
2. I would not recommend that, at least not in the beginning, the routine is intense enough already, focus on conditioning and do not rush gains up, they need time.A real man never hurts a woman. I havent started yet but read through a bunch of posts, and came across one guy who said he tried it and took him 1.20hours. How much time do you guys on average spend on the whole routine? The only time I have is in the shower, around 15min. But that alone is how long the stretching takes. Considered doing half the reps of what is advised to start with. Not sure what affect that will have, every bit counts I guess?
During the week I work, and got a room mate, then in the weekends I see my gf, so dont have much privacy,
I dont really have much to complain about the size, but I would like to add more EG, looks it could be thicker.
EL: 7.2"

The V-jelq is more for length right?
I have also heard of flaccid bend for grith, but like you recently said its not good to combine early stages with the jelq.

The whole routine may take around 45 minutes, but as a beginner, it is recommended to start slow and do less reps, gradually increase the workload if your PIs are positive, and over time.
If time is a constraint, you may split your routine, and stretch early in the morning and jelq at night.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

I am on the JP90 routine right now. But I do not feel like wet jelq, because spreading a lot of oil on my penis will end up being very messy and I do not feel like it. Plus my penis is very sensitive now, so having oil will make it get erected more easily.
So in the JP90 routine, I do not perform any wet jelq or V-jelq; instead I am doing dry jelq. I feel dry jelq is very efficient given the fact that I feel a lot of blood entering my glans, which is a good feeling. However, I am not sure if I am doing dry jelq in the right way. I wonder if you have any idea what articles that might touch on dry jelq? Can you recommend some to me?

You can use a personal lube or a lotion instead of oil if you want, there are several natural oils to choose from as suggested by the links below.

Or you may also consider cornstarch lube.
As for getting erect, that is normal for beginners, with time, your body will get used to the exercises and you will not get an erection during jelqing. In the jelqing section you say "both hands count as 1 rep" does this mean each hand is 1 rep or you have to do both to get 1 rep?

Yes, I am uncut. I guess it is why my glans is so sensitive.
In terms of lube, I am using Vaseline total moisture. It is cheap and has a good amount that can support you for a long time.
