Hey guys,
Was wondering, could I get rid of the stretches and add extra jelqs?
Also, would a routine of 4 days on, 3 days off produce results?

Jelqing and stretching compliment one another, If you do not want any length gains, then you can skip stretches (as per Big Al's advice), tweak the amounts to fit your goal and listen to your PIs.
Any workout schedule would work as long as you take at least 2 days off every week, your PIs will tell you what is good and what is not.A real man never hurts a woman. I don't have much time these days and girth is my #1 goal, so I think I'll drop the stretches for now.

What is your opinion on doing 1 minutes stretches in each of the 5 directions, instead of doing 25s stretches with circular stretches as prescribed in the JP90?

I think that circle stretches are good for targeting your ligaments in all directions.
Everyone is different, but in my opinion, it would be better to split your stretching holds to sets of 20 to 30 seconds long instead of one minute in one go.

I don't mind some length gains, but girth is number one. Would 30s stretches in each direction produce length gains?

By 30 stretches, do you mean counting pulls, or seconds holding?
Holding 5 way stretches for 30 seconds is what's recommended, and will encourage gains, but can be increased to up the intensity. Just do so incrementally (45 seconds, 60 seconds), and watch PIs.
Also, bundled stretches are a nice alternative.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Yes, 30 second hold in each direction. Just looking for ways to cut some time from the full JP90. With the circular rotations the stretching part of the routine pushes toward 20-30 minutes in total, and at the moment I can't fit that into my days.
Also would just like to concentrate on girth. I'll have enough length when I've lost my fat-pad, it's covering at least an inch of my EL! So a size of 7-7.5x5.5-6 and I'll be happy!
