I have a question or two. The regular jelqs work and I feel it, but I go soft quickly. 5-6 reps in and I've gone from 60% or so down to maybe 20%. I get back to 60% very fast, but I can only get a few reps in each time... Will this improve on its own, or is there something I can do about this?
Also, I don't get the V-jelqs. I can't figure out how I can apply enough pressure with these. When I'm 60-70% I just can't feel the jelq working, and I have quite strong hands. I suppose this is a technique issue. I have my palm towards my lower abdomen, curl my fingers up a little, put the underside of my penis in the space between my middle- and index finger as close to the base as possible and then squeeze while going up. It does nothing for me... Am I doing them wrong?
I tried a quick search, and couldn't really find anything. I'm sure it's been explained before, but I don't much feel like browing through 500 pages of this thread alone haha.

Use a lighter grip, if your grip is too tight your EQ will suffer. And make sure you are not doing too many reps in one session.
Also, you can try to jelq first and stretch afterwards, and follow a separate kegels routine so you do not tire out your pelvic floor muscles with kegles.
If you have problems with V-Jelqs, you can substitute them with regular jelqs.A real man never hurts a woman. I still Dont get the v jelqs either. I gave them up long ago. Good advice from MrB8.

It takes some practice to find a happy medium between focusing on jelqing and keeping yourself aroused. Just keep working at it, you will get there. I also gave up on the V jelqs. Maybe I just couldn't get the hang of it, but I just didn't think they were effective.

Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull.
Try to rub your hand across your belly as you do these.

This is how to stretch: Penis Stretching - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness
Lets say you started with a hold to the left, after you finish it, move on to the exercise demonstrated in the video below.

Hi so i really wanna do this exercise since ive been recommended by few members on here but English is not my first language and i really have a hard time understanding the whole thing from start
like i dont understand the words, for example on here " Grasp your flaccid penis under the glans in the O.K. grip. " i dont know what does, flaccid penis and glans mean
and this is only the first sentence
is there any picture and video that i can check out and learn this, i really reallly wanna do this

JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine With Videos
- Warm up for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch downwards for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch upwards for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch straight out for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch to the left for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch to the right for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- 50 Jelqs.
- 30 V-Jelqs.
- 50 Jelqs.
- 30 V-Jelqs.
- 50 Jelqs.
- 30 V-Jelqs.
-Warm down for a minimum of 5 to 6 minutes.
Do these exercises to start, for 5 days and then, Important, take 2 full days off from PE. This will give your penis a chance to heal and grow, but continue to do your Kegels whenever you think about them. .
If you find this is too much, reduce the exercises to, 2 days on and 1 day off.
