    -Warm down for a minimum of 5 to 6 minutes.

    Do these exercises to start, for 5 days and then, Important, take 2 full days off from PE. This will give your penis a chance to heal and grow, but continue to do your Kegels whenever you think about them. .
    If you find this is too much, reduce the exercises to, 2 days on and 1 day off.
    is this ok to do on your first day, first week? i want to avoid any possible injury.

    what do you feel is more effective, 1 day on/1 day off. or 5 days on/ 2 days off?

    also with the warm ups, i mentioned you in one of the threads you responded to concerning warm ups. so maybe you can go into more details in that thread. I was wondering if a hot washcloth can do the job for warming up and wrapping your penis. i thought it would be more convenient since i'll be jelqing in the bathroom for privacy. I could buy a small washcloth turn on the hot water all the way, let the washcloth soak for about 5 minutes, drain a little bit of water, wrap it around my penis for a few minutes and repeat about 6 to 8 times. will that method of warming up be effective, or would i not obtain any of the benefits of warming up doing it this way?

    I recommend that you start with less reps, and slowly build up to the full routine over the period of a few weeks and according to your PIs.

    As for warmups, while it may sound more convenient for you to use a warm wash cloth, note that it is an inferior warmup method compared to using a rice sock or a heating pad, both are more effective and can also be used anywhere, you will not have a problem warming up with them outside of the bathroom, as you can do it in bed or sitting down wherever you have privacy to do PE.

    Thanks For your response. I was thinking of getting this heating pad. The one used in the instructional videos.

    Bed Buddy Deep Soothing Thermatherapy Joint Wraps Small Heat or Cold Reusable | eBay

    Im Wondering if i can heat it up in the microwave once and it will last me for my entire warm up session or will i have to go back to the microwave after every minute to reheat just so i can finish my warm up session.

    I see you posted 50-30 as the amount of reps of each exercise and that would be what ill have to follow for the rest of the 90 days.

    What do you recommend to start of with as a beginner. 20-10?

    Hi all, i could not get my pennis to hard or erection when i do PE , what should i do now? Without erection, my pennis become very small ( arround 1inch ) how can i Jelq or Stretching ?

    Justbenice. In your first post to this forum, you said you had started my JP 90 and had worn an extender for 4 hours.
    Now you say that because your penis is 1" you can't do PE?

    Hi JonPop,
    Yes i started PE like 4 days ago, but it was really hard to do exactly the JP90 rountin, with my 1 to 1.5 inch when not erect, i do the Jelq or Stretching very difficult.

    There is an adjustment period where you have to figure out what works best for you. Trying slightly different grips and positions should help you find what works. There is no single best way for everyone. That's the idea behind any beginner routine. Conditioning, getting to know how you respond to different things, and finding the sweet spots.

    Here's a great example. Measuring sounds like the easiest thing in the world. But sometimes the act of measuring causes stress, and that makes it difficult to get an accurate measurement. It sounds like such a simple thing. But even measuring can be difficult.

    We're only human. Stick with it, don't give up, and you'll find what works for you. Try to have the mindset, not that this is difficult, but that you're new to it and still getting comfortable.

    As long as the temperature is only a few degrees above body temperature it is good.

    You can start with that and work up to the full routine over a few weeks time according to your PIs.
