    Just made it through my first complete day of JP90

    i began experimenting with it yesterday. I hope im doing the exercises right, all of them have some difficulty to do, as im not sure if im really doing it 100% correct. But im trying to follow the instructions to a T. the whole process from the warm up to warm down takes me about 2 hours right now. the most difficult for me to do right now are the helicopter shakes as i can really maintain any erection level, the stretches/keegel really ware me out by the time i have to perform the helicopter shakes. Also the helicopter shakes arent consistent after a couple seconds it just becomes chaos, from a kind of helicopter shake to my penis just moving up and and down, not really twirling around. Also i cant really do the shakes with an ok grip, that's when it starts just jumping up and down, i have kind of hold my penis with a side pinch girp to sort of get that helicopter consistency.

    other than that, i'm doing alright, im hanging in there and im proud im doing this.

    when doing the jelqs and vjelqs what should i be feeling? im able to keep some erection level for these exercises, so i think im doing ok when it comes to these.

    thanks to everyone who always helps, i just finished my warm down.

    Congrats on embarking on your PE journey iDemandU2Grow!


    Start slow, do less reps and work up to the full routine over a few weeks time.

    The helicopter shakes are to be done flaccid, between stretching sets (also while flaccid) to restore blood circulation to the penis.

    Day 2, what a work out. i didnt think i'd make it through but i held on as best as i could.

    for the wet jelqs, after all the stretching/keegels at the begining. its still kind of kickin my butt a little bit, but i guess thats part of the game. while im wet jelqing i notice the erection quality i have, i start to lose at about the 12th jelq but my penis still remains a little thick, i try my best to keep going while its still a bit thick. is that ok? will the exercise still work?

    i also notice i tend to feel the blood more during the v-jelqs. although i try to do it just like in the video, i cant. that guy has his own technique and its a bit tricky to follow throughly and exactly. but i v-jelq towards the right side a couple times, move in the middle, and then towards the left = 1 v-jelq for me, and i still feel the blood moving. after im done with about 7 or 8 i tend to stop because i dont want an injury and i start to feel the blood alot more i think (dont know how to explain it, blood, pressure, fullness) but anyways after i stop, and the erection goes away, my penis still remains a little thick. is that a good sign, is that how it's suppose to happen.

    i understand that this jelqing thing is about trapping blood and moving the blood towards the glans. is what any of what i describe indicators that the blood is moving?

    i can see why 90 days, it definitely takes some time to get the hang of this, get in your groove and know what your doing. I want to be one of the guys making a thread about how jp90 works lol.

    Experiment with different grips and find what works best for you.

    Yes, a little expansion, pressure and blood movement. As described in the "Helpful Jelqing Information" thread (link in previous post). As long as there is no pain, nor too much pressure, you are good to go.

    Hey i would like to ask about directions of stretching, in this guide it says i should do: left, right, out(means straight?) and up. Am i right? Im wondering cuz on the same tutorials, but with videolinks - the guy shows to do it: left, right, straight and down.

    That's correct the directions do not have down. The video may just have missed it, or it was left out for timing.

    Most do 5 way directional stretches, to get every angle. Left, right, down, up, and straight out.

    Thanks so much for answer. I have another question tho(sorry for amount). I'm scarred of prenament/temporary injuries. So my question is, how big is the chance of getting injury while doing this begginers routine? I'm worried cuz i read alot about jelqing injuries and i dont know how soft should my grip be.

    If you read and follow the safety instructions, as well as PE safely and are mindful of what you are doing, then you will not get injured.

    Take it one step at a time. Use a light grip when jelqing, just enough to move blood through the shaft and up to the glans. Do not stretch too hard, only enough to feel tension on your shaft. And start with less reps and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time.
