    Is there good reason to believe L-Arginine is beneficial to PE gains in size? IF not I'll likely try just for better EQ?

    It is optional, not mandatory for PE or gains.

    MrB8 is absolutely correct. If you have a normal healthy diet, your body should produce all that is needed to repair micro-tears in penile tissue. I am training and am on a calorie controlled diet so I take some supplements just to make sure that I am getting what I need alround for PE and training.

    Always go in moderation when beginning with supplements. Better to go easy on them and not really suffer any disadvantage than go heavy on them and put your liver and kidneys under stress. Some can also mess with your endocrine system so only take recommended doses and don't be scared to cycle on and off every few weeks or monthly.

    What do you mean by cycling on and off?
    My workout habits pe and not goes as far as do your exercises, eat what you want, and throw in some whey after pumping weights. Yeah I'm not too serious about body building, I don't want to get too big or too cut, just to stay conditioned for athletics. Learning curves everywhere for me with supplementation.

    Hey Guys,
    This is my first post, I started the routine today and I have few questions.

    Is it normal it took me 1 hour to finished the routine, how long is this taking you on average?

    Do you experience pain in thumbs muscles? I feel some cramps in those muscles, my grip is very tight when I stretch and do the circle but I am keep sliding and loosing grip.

    I don't understand anything about the LOT so I couldn't bother(English is not my first language though). Is it ok to skip this test.
    I am a 6.75/7 inches and my goal is 8 is it doable in 3 months?

    The routine is intense, start with about half the outlined reps amount and work your way up to the full routine over a few weeks time or according to your PIs.

    Your hands will get used to the exercises, but for now take it easy, your penis is more sensitive/fragile than your hands.

    Gains take time, and they come in small increments, gaining an inch or more is possible, but it will take you a lot more time, PE is a long term commitment, you must be in for the long haul. Rushing things up will only lead to discouragement and setbacks or worse, an injury.


    For now, stretch in all directions.

    When I first started it took me a good 50 mins to do. But once I found my rhythm and got the techniques down it takes me about 35 mins to do stretching and my jelq routine.

    Sore thumbs are very common. It takes a few months to condition them

    1.25 inches in 3 months? It could happen but I think the odds are a bit low. I gained 5/8th of an inch in my first 6 weeks. Let's hope I'm a fast gainer

    I seem to gain girth very quickly. I started the forums at a 5" but that was with measuring tape and I was compressing, as I didn't know the way to measure properly. Now I do it properly and I'm 5.5" girth, not sure if from jelqing or if from measuring properly. I'd guess I probably gained at least 0.1" in grith. I really don't want girth, yet anyways. I was wondering how to modify this routine so it doesn't encourage girth growth AT ALL. I need at least 0.5" added to my BPEL before I want to start thickening my cock.

    I recommend you follow a well rounded routine until you are conditioned before you favor one direction over the other.

    I'm a month into conditioning, though it was much less intense than this routine. I still plan on taking this 90 day routine to condition while I read more. But also trying to avoid hitting my girth goal before my length goal, they're both 0.5" away
