The gains in girth you have experienced were very likely from EQ and measurement error. The manual routine will get you headed in the right direction. After the 90 days you can reassess and add targeted excersizes. I am sure you can reach your goals with manual PE

Hi so i did JP90 for 3 weeks and was very happy with the result even though it was for a short time, it made my erection way harder and i was very satisfied with it but then i started masturbating and now its been almost one and half week since Ive stop. being lazy has been also part of why i stopped and also cause it was a bit time consuming but i like to try get back on the routine again and i like to know if i could still masturbate and do the Jp90 ? also if i should do it after or before routine ?
I always have problem with masturbation, thousand times i tried to stop but i couldn't so do you think it would be better if i just put it under moderation and maybe do it like 3 times a week ? would that be better ?

How about doing edging instead of masturbating? Yes you can do JP90 and masturbate or edge. It is better to limit yourself.

Masturbating excessively is not good for your EQ.
I recommend that you edge after your routine, up to three nonconsecutive times a week instead, and you may ejaculate at the end of your session. In moderation it is good for you. Let your PIs guide you.

Do your JP90 routine consistently.
Routine > Masturbation
Try taking up ballooning or edging if you really need that dopamine. But cut down on ejaculation for sure.
