    The rule about ejactulation and routine around here from what I've read is don't ejaculate 5 hours before or after your workout. Try to limit yourself to squirting the juice to 3 times a week. Never on a rest day.

    Hey everyone, I'm hereforresults. I am new to this and I am here mostly to fix a deep bend in my cock (it bends 45° to the left) and added length and girth would be a nice side effect.

    Since I am doing this for fixing the bend, I understand I should be putting more effort into stretching against the bend. If the routines says to do 150 wet jelqs and 90 v jelqs, how many more of these should be done against the bend.. like a 75/25 ratio?

    And, I've heard some bad stories about jelqing ruining a man's sensation and erections because it screwed up the blood flow and vessels. How can I be sure that this doesn't happen to me?

    I worked my way up to the full routine. Are you suppose to keep doing a total of 150 "Wet Jelqs" and 90 "V" Jelqs throughout the 90 days or do you increase reps? I don't understand how you will get bigger doing the same numbers for 90 days.

    First you need to feel comfortable with the jelqs, then wait a bit more and you can start playing with intensity.
    There are many things you can change to increase intensity, mainly erection level and tightness of the grip.
    Make sure to do your jelqs very slow, focused and feel the blood moving while you milk it.
    Wait a bit longer before using a tight grip.

    So does 1 v jelq rep involve pulling up, then up left, then up right? Or is it v jelq up= 1, then vjelq left=1 and vjelq right=1?

    Yes, baby oil is one of the better lubricants to use for jelqing. I started with baby oil but have since moved on to using extra virgin coconut oil. It's much easier to clean up and it makes everything smell like cookies. I just recently found coconut oil in a permanent liquid form, so I might consider that next since very little goes a long way. It's a little more expensive but it's more convenient (normal coconut oil is a solid at room temperature ... you put some in your hands and it melts into liquid).

    I have just started following jp'90 routine. And yes in summers it is pretty hard to do it. But at the end the of the exercise the positive energy that gets into your body for the whole day is worth it . Only patience and consistency would bring in the best results.

    I just did this workout last night.. Here is my cocern.. I'm naturally long.. Ok really long not exaggerating at all.
    NBPFL -6.25
    NBPEL -8.75
    BPEL -9.5
    MSEG 5 and blah blah too many measurements..lol
    I am way more focused on girth because with my length the girth looks more like MSEG of 4.5. Should I alter the beginners plan? Also would like to remain discreet even to my wife (until she notices a change). Can I go through the exercises for years without using any devices..only focused on girth.. Advice is appreciated. Thanks
